BOPIS will allow you to order items on psychobunny.com and pick them up for free at your nearest Psycho Bunny store.
Once at check out, you will be able to choose the “pick up” delivery option when finalizing your order.
Pick up in store is free. There is no extra charge for choosing to pick up your items in store. You must come in person to pick up your items.
Order pickup will be ready within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready. You will have a 5 day window to pick up your order. Please wait until you receive a pickup notification email before going to the store to pick up your order.
You must present the confirmation email which includes details of your order (order number, name, billing address)
BOPIS orders will be held for ten (10) days. If the order is not picked up within that time frame, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Once you place your order with us we are unable to modify your existing order. If you have any additional questions please contact customer service at customerservice@psychobunny.com
Items that are canceled are due to being out of stock. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you to assist you.
You can start your exchange or return online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. Print the shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. Packages returned without the authorized RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Returns can also be done in-store.
